ChronoVyr provides lead generation and marketing automation services powered by artificial intelligence. Our services include:

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-qualified-lead model:

  • You are charged only for leads that respond to your campaigns
  • Pricing varies by plan: Starter ($30), Professional ($65), Enterprise ($100)
  • Payments are processed monthly based on actual lead generation
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by ChronoVyr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service.
